Your satisfaction is important to us

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on SIMPLE LUXE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit SIMPLE LUXE will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery or the date. It must be unused, in its original condition and resalable.

Our customer satisfaction is important to us, please email us your return request and we are happy to provide you with the return instructions. The return goods are your responsibility until they reach our SIMPLE LUXE office, so please make sure it’s packaged properly and cannot get damaged in transit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. Please email our customer service team at CustomerService@SimpleLuxe.com.au We will also communicate with you via email or otherwise stated. Depending on where you are sending the return products from, the time it takes may vary for your return product/s to reach us.

We are sorry as there are no returns or exchanges for monogrammed and gift voucher items due to change of mind.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
